WTB 150mph speedometer 71 challenger rt

I finally got to go for a ride after a long restoration and the speedometer was growling and bouncing around, even with a new cable installed and the needle broke off. I imagine someone could repair it but I'm not sure if I could do it myself. I really don't want to spend 400$ for a new one. Price gouging if you ask me. I will just get the Dakota digital set for another 600$ if I can't find an affordable replacement. If anyone has one that is in good working condition, and I don't have to cut my arm off to pay for it, please reply.
