What is this?

OK, so new to MOPARS so cut me some slack, just a bit. Working on cataloging everything on the project before disassembly and i see this. Hoses were cut off so vac of some sort. What is it and what did it do?? 1970 cuda

That's a manual windshield wash foot pump , their would be two hoses from pump one to windshield wash reservoir and other one to windshield sprayer nozzles. The lines go through the firewall grommet

How about that... restored a number of covettes and camero's but never seen a manual one.. thanks for the help..

looks like i have the pump but the lines were cut off. i did check to see if it still worked and surprisingly it did... thanks
