15 x 7 or 15 x 6.5”?
the number on the rim is 3699461 i believe 6.5

The top pic shows a 7” next to a 6.5”. The bottom pic is of 5-6.5” and 1-7” (upper right).
I would say that with a little effort these could all be decent driver quality rings. If you’re interested I can take more detailed pics.
