Finally put this baby to bed for the last time, but the tail panel will live on as my buddies wall art. 340 car, long off the road, and too far gone to save.

I'm sorry for your loss. I let go of a T-boned 71 back in the 80s. It would have cost a 17yr old a lot of money to fix it back then, but it was a cool car.

Sorry to hear and see that it can’t be fixed. Another one lost.

Seen a lot worse fixed, if that 5th digit was an R, then it was $30k car as is.......

a chunk of the fender with the gills would make some nice garage art if u wanna cut it out?

I saved the gill area, but I used the inserts on the 71 I put back together and sold.

The car is still there, and I have access to it until Dec 18th, when the whole place gets demolished. Although I think the roof structure is very pocked with rust, like the rest of the car is. I’ll get over there and take a few pics of the roof for you to see.

I put an email address in that PM/DM chain between us about parts. Hopefully you can access it since I'm not supposed to put personal info here? (I'm having site issues that make accessing my messages difficult, but not impossible)

Appreciate it.
