Any one have just a door & hinge laying around

not that it matters, but that looks like a 1970 console, and the doors from any 1970-74 console should work.

That console is 70 ebody only. Ones w ashtrays are 71-4 and b body. It's rare and definitely worth a cpl hundo. No problem
