I believe your correct that it is a 70 . It does not have the notch as 71 up would have. Good piece and hard to find in that shape.

Why is it missing the hole for the mopar pentastar emblem and the 3 holes for the "Challenger" script?

Also, the antenna hole looks to be in the wrong location?

Is this a re-popped fender?

Nop, not a re-pop.....besides, its way to nice to be a re-pop. The only reason I can think of for the wheel well trim holes not being there is the car that this fender came from was sent from the factory to the dealer without the wheel well trim??

Most likely a dealer error as this fender has all the indicators....or should I say...lack of markings of a standard fender and resembles more of a T/A fender installed on a regular Challenger possibly at a body shop???

Anyone else??

If you want to know for sure if it's original, just look for the factory numbers. There will be part number stamping all over it if it's original. The headlight bucket and top rail should be the easiest ones to find..... here's a few photos to help locate the numbers.
