I have a 70 Barracuda, the Sport mirror on Drivers side is loose inside the mirror. is there a way to tighten something is side the mirror, any info would help

I have a 70 Barracuda, the Power Steering housing is Leaking. Has anybody bought a seal kit to fix leak themselves. If so, are ther any Special tools needed, or a Rebuild shop that had been proven, with a reasonable turn around time.
