    Good luck finding out. The resellers don't reveal their sources. There may be a dozen manufacturers or just 1 or 2. 99% chance they are made in China like most repop parts. Next question, why does it matter?

    Pull off your inspection cover and look at the gap between the throw out bearing and the pressure plate fingers. I like to see 1/8-3/16"

    1970 Challenger trans question

    Not normal or right. Converters do drain back but they drain into the pan. The only place the transmission is open to the outside without a seal is the vent and that's on the top of the case. Something else is wrong. If you buy the car be prepared to spend some cas to get it fixed right.
