Need to replace front and rear shocks on my AAR. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Not looking for concourse correct at this time.
On a side note, I finished my brake lines and all the other brake related parts, I remember reading a few of you guys posting about the "bent to fit like factory" lines regarding In-Line Tube... LMAO!!! More like meh, it's close. All the pieces need a little massaging and a whole lotta F-Bombs.

I put KYBs on one car, Monroes on another. Scuffed them and painted them black. You’ll get all kind of recommendations for better performing shocks. Bilsteins seem to be popular with some but I’m not sure how close they are to factory appearance. The KYB and Monroes
work fine for my needs and look close to factory once painted.

Thanks floyd, it’s a driver right now. Will fully restore down the road. Just need something to get a better ride than what I have now.

Bilstein and QA1 are a couple of the best. Koni shocks could be painted black and looks more "factory". Monroe shocks are pretty inexpensive and can be painted black to look factory.

Keep in mind that race car teams (NASCAR, Formula 1, etc.) have dedicated "Shock Absorber Teams"! That's why the adjustable Bilstein and QA1 shocks are some of the best!
