70 challenger steering lock

When you put the car in reverse (4 speed on floor), the column turns to lock it and take out the key. How do you adjust it so it dosent slide out if reverse?
Everything works except even after I take out the key, if I move the shifter, it will still come out of reverse. Seems like an adjustment issue.

Reverse Lock steering column problem

Having trouble with a steering column reverse lock lever. Is any way to free it up so it will move again? Its was on blocks for 36 years and it froze up, and I'd like to try to get it to work again. I would like any ideas that may help.

Found this when trying to find out that I am missing, ended up being the "Column Lock Rear Rod"
