I’m looking the helper spring that goes on the arm that works fresh air/recirculate door. It goes between the arm and the heater box. FSM and parts books don’t have a good drawing of it. I’m looking for either the spring, or a picture of the spring if maybe you removed or restored a box...
Ok I’m looking for a helper spring that goes on the arm that works the fresh air/ recirculate door. I can’t even find a picture of it. In the parks book it has a drawing but it’s not a good drawing at all. Does anyone have any pictures of the right side of their heater box or a picture of the...
Does any one have a diagram or picture of what vacuum lines go to what vacuum actuators on a 70 A/C heater box? Seems that the notes I took have gone missing.
so i'm looking at the rubber part inside my heater box, it's rubber not foam and i'm wondering what its for. It didn't come in the rebuild kit from DMT and there is no mention of it. Any idea what purpose it serves? I'm going to glue it back in place as it's still in good condition.
The 2 heater box doors, after i removed the dry crumbled foam, I found a sheet of clear plastic between the foam and the doors. Should I remove this also, then spray the adhesive, or just spray over the top? I have never seen this mentioned before.
Posting this in ALL the Mopar forums. Really want to put this in the hands of a Mopar guy and not some buyer from CL who thinks it's neat looking

After installing a new trunk floor, quarter panels, and trunk extensions on my 70 'Barra I hung the gas tank and cut the hole for the filler tube. My silly question is, when pushing the tube thru the rubber gromet that seals it to the trunk floor, does the round part that the tube slides through...
