just a bump.. has anyone used or know of anyone that has put the speedtech front end on. It appears its a full front stub. alot of work, but seems like quite a robust setup.
what about a throttle? if i go with a hell cat i assume i have to run a throttle by wire? Is that something that can be purchased after market, or do i need to find a charger / challenger hell cat pedal?

some searching around i've found hotwire...? I know for a while mopar was a "locked" ECU.. Do those places have a full start from scratch harness with computers and have tunability? I will be using a 6 speed , no other electronics needed..

I think I"m going to try and do the sam posey fender flare route. just round out the top.. I hate to change the beautiful lines of the car. Then the next question.. I don't need fender flares out back, as I tubbed and narrowed things. But should I flare the rear so it matches the front.
Yes I had the hood built... and finished it myself. I found a fiberglass company out of ontario canada that said they could put any scoop on any hood. they roughed it in, I finished it. I love the AAR Cuda hood, but no one makes it for a challenger.

I blew up my 489 series 8 3/4 this weekend at the drag strip in Union Grove. The ring/Pinion broke and took out the caps on the center section. or vise / versa, not sure what happened first.
