The block and heads may have been decked or milled. Can you tell? Could the valve guides have been replaced and not installed properly?

There is all kinds of plastic inside the door attached to the glass. You are going to have to pull the door trim panel and look inside with a flashlight.

Question While you guys are here I have a question about the metal tag under the fender tag. What is or what was it? I found something similar under my fender tag.

Here is a pic look in the area of the two lagre holes in the frame rails. That is where the bkts are located. If this works.

Check your spark plug wire locations and connection.

I believe it is one of two emergency brake cable brackets for the rear frame rails. One for each side. If you need pics I can get some.

I had my frame verified for straightness and was able to get a copy of the check off sheet. Thought someone may be interested in a copy. Hopefully it is readable! If not I can email.
