the problem is some one could put it on a 318 car and sell it to an unsuspecting buyer as a 440 car, its fine if the seller is up front about it but if he paid 2500 for a vin tag I would think he will try to get his money back
So there is no way to tell how many of the 440/auto cars came in black or had a orange interior let alone a combo of the two. Oh well it's awesome and fortunately it's mine everything else over and above is icing. Thanks for the help guys
Thanks paharamia for the fender tag breakdown, someone swapped out the auto and the 4 barrel for a 6pack, i guess moparlee couldn't read the hood in the pic or i'm sure he would have caught it lol.
I was just wondering if there is anyway to know of build numbers, i think it appears as it should except for a couple things the previous owner changed, the wheels i did that. with the tag and pics i'm sure you folk can see whats not correct.
I don't remember for sure but doesn't the back plate go into the groove between the machined surface and outside dia. of the drum. what I'm asking are you sure you need 11" and not 10" drum
