    Electric fan controller advice wanted.

I like the heavier gage wire and I wonder if the sensor could be the problem. Thanks for the info that's what I am looking for.

    Electric fan controller advice wanted.

I tried my Electric fans on the Cuda yesterday. I watched the temp come up, thermostat opened, then when the temp came up again, smoke came out behind the fans with no activation. I of course shut the car down immediately and when cooled checked the wiring for the 100th time and still correct...

Installed shifter cable , speedo cable, left header pipe. Tight spaces and I have to come up with a viable way to prevent the exhaust from cooking everything. Still looking for the driveshaft but I have a trip coming up so it can wait.

The clips which are seperate have upright prongs/tabs. I used the wood to push through the seal without damaging it then the punch to push over the tabs to hold the seal. The tabs can break off but I had spares. You are better off buying the seal with clips already installed on the seal.

Cowl seal arrived. I didn't know the clips were loose. A pain to install but I used a piece of wood to set the rubber then a fat punch to set the "tabs". 2 tabs broke so I used 2 spares I happen to have but save yourself the trouble and get the one with the clips installed.

Wired the door jambs today so last of major wiring complete except the radio which can wait. I will be installing the driveshaft and shifter cable so she can move then it's just tidying up the wiring (ugh). Still some interior work left (seats, trim etc.) but in the home stretch.

That picture was taken during circuit testing. The fenders are cleaner now. You don't enjoy a game of dodge the flying tool???

I kinda slacked a little from updates so instead of reviving a year old thread started part 2. I have completed the main wiring and circuit tested what I have for now. I was ready to test fire the engine and had just primed the fuel system when a dropped tool had me notice a coolant leak. It...

I moved up to Dougs because the other type of headers always dragged the ground when I hit a pothole. ( Our roads are bad) The fram was for install purposes since it was NOS sitting in the garage, I will be installing a MOPAR filter whether or not I remote the oil filtration.

Cluster is in. Now I have to route the wiring and account for all accessories. Nothing worse than cut your wire only to find you forgot/missed an extra wire. The included wiring diagram helps in that dept.

Okay , health and weather is better so back to wiring again. Cluster is almost done now time to integrate dash wiring. Oh boy.

Waiting for some sealer to cure in the trunk and on the fuel tank so back to the spaghetti on the gage cluster and under dash.

We believe the car was wrecked at one time then sat and rusted out some before it was rebuilt in the late 80's early 90's. I had the car aligned when I bought it and the tire shop said it was off by 4 deg's. The car always tracked true and cornered great so I didn't worry about it. However now...

You can see the new rear harness getting ready to thread through. Also you can see what looks like some B5 blue where a "repair" was done. on the other side was white so 2 donor cars involved in this.
