Today was a pivotal day in my build, finshed the TTI exhaust, however will have to tweak the TTI tips that come welded on the tail pipes. I can not get them to fit correctly in the valance opening, however after installing them, and locking it all down, I finally poured some fuel in my baby and she fired right up after sitting for 2 years. Sounds ok, I do prefer the Magna Flow muffler sounds i installed on my 70 Challenger. I am an HAPPY camper, next is the Relic Power windows then seats and will be taking the maiden voyage.

The switches for the power windows are you going to use the GM style or hunt down the Mopar style switches? They do a reproduction of the switches, but they don't have the wire connector that goes on the back of the switch. I am doing a deep dive for a set.

ok ran into a little snag, Had a small oil leak from the Mildon steel center pump pan, so I broke down and ordered the Holley aluminum center sump pan and boy! what a difference in the quality. The Holley is so nice and fits so much like the OEM one. pricey but who wants an oil leak? Anyway, my next delima to solve is getting the 8HP70 transmission to work properly. Seems to not want to shift properly, when it starts the "P" is blinking red on the shifter and it does go into the gears, but weird part is when it is shifted to reverse, ( car on jack stands) rear wheel starts to rotate in reverse for a couple revolutions at idle, then slows and starts to roll in a forward like in drive? Working with Chris over at Hotwire to figure it out. IF anyone has experienced this, please let me know.

Your trans is possessed! It needs an exorcism!

Nice work! Make sure you have a high volume / flow oil pump. My 2014 Ram had to get a new 5.7.
they said the oil pressure was too low at idle to keep the lifters oiled, damaged the Cam. They also found metal particles in
the engine.

sunlight oh her today!!!!!!Well today was a GREAT day, took the Barracuda out of the garage for its initial drive, 2 years and ready to go! Have some tweaking to do on the front end alignment, but then should be able to take her to the SPRING FLING next weekend. my Neighbor took some videos will post as soon as I get them.

Ok received my piece of ARTwork from TTI Exhaust today. I am amazed how. nice these headers are and how great they fit. I did not have to do ANYTHING. to them.

I am excited to have the 3 inch collectors as the MAGNA Flow exhaust should sound awesome. Engine is finally ready to install, remote oil filter and. AN-6 trans lines done. Let me know your thoughts folks.

I see that at the back of the engine you looped the two coolant lines under the intake together. Is that going to be permanent? I'm just curious if they need to be tied back into the coolant system or if tying them together is the correct method.

Until I get the vintage air unit in that just loops the heater core lines temporarily
