Any good videos on youtube of replacing the headlight switch. I am going to order a new one. Can't imagine it's too bad to do but I could be wrong. Any advice, videos or
pictures of this from start to finish? Thanks guys.

Rally or Standard dash? The side switch panel has to come out, on order to replace that switch. But I don't recall if the instrument cluster must also come out, in the process. If it does, dropping the steering column may be on the list of TODOs, along with the lower trim, etc.

No. But dull the tape when it is put on the cluster to protect it.

It's a Ralley Dash. Hoping the dash doesn't need to come out yet although at some point it will happen.

be sure to protect the left edge of the cluster like @Challenger RTA says. 90% or more of the rally clusters for sale at swamp meats show scratches on the edge mating to the left switch panel. As we're putting the switch panel back in, the back side has some metal edges exposed that will scratch up the wood grain rally instrument bezel.
