Thanks for sharing these pictures, and what a neat story.

I also owned a 71 in the same color back in the early 80's. Wish I still had it, as the 71 Challenger is my absolute favorite E-body.

Can't wait to see this one done. Keep up the great work and keep posting the pics! :D

cool car and story.....you have allot of patience and talent...great job on a well deserved car..

What did it cost???

It wasn't cheap, around $1000.00 they had to repair one corner which was cracked with a piece missing. I've had a lot of stuff done by them and I'm also vary happy with the end result. Orginally I thought I was going to have to replace my door panels which had speaker holes cut in them. After they were finished you would not of thought they were the same ones.

I would stumble over a field of red, blue & purple cars' to look at your car before any other one. Way cool that you're staying with the original combo, doing nice work as well.

That looks like Kori's place where you're pulling the k-frame?

Thanks, your right it's Kori's Play Pen. Everything that I've seen come out of his shop looks unbelievable nice.

Prepping doors for the new AMD door skins. After removing the old ones we had several small issues to repair then POR-15 everything before installing the skins.
