1972 challenger dash question

Morning all,

once again I need to pick your Brain.
On my 72 challenger .. Looking for the name plate on the right side .. Also would it come with the hard plastic backing ? Mine is in rough shape .

Got mine from YearOne a long time ago, good repros tho and it did have a backing

Apparently Year One does sell it with the plastic backing plate I was asking about ? Now what ? Amy ideas ?

If you go to order one ask if they have it in stock. If so JUMP on it. They are hard to come by

I don't think anyone makes the plastic bezel. I got my new sticker from Dave at Rosevillemoparts.com. Dave is a good guy and usually has better prices then YO. I think my sticker was $30

If you find an original bezel, remember they have a chrome border around the outside. Lots of times the chrome has worn off. I used a silver paint pen on mine.

My hope was to have the car in Columbus this year. Unfortunately, my 3 year old was just diagnosed with brain cancer. Right now I don't have time to think about anything else.

Wow burdar. I am so sorry to hear that. I know that many on the different websites we are members of will be here for you.

Burdar we are all praying that all goes well for you and your family! My oldest son had open heart surgery in 1977 (at 14 months old) he is 35 now. It was the hardest thing I have ever done to hand him over to a nurse to go into surgery. God was watching over us and I am sure he will be you and your family.
