3 point seat belts

I need to purchase seat belts for my '70 SE, my rear side panels have cutouts like it had retractable belts. Can someone direct me to a thread where this is discussed or recommend a vendor. Thank you

This post in a recent thread I found very helpful. Post #14 discusses ordering an aftermarket set from a company called Wesco. I helped a colleague install a set and was pretty impressed how factory OEM they looked.

The cut outs are for ash trays in 1970 SE.
