Don't have valve seat inserts fitted to the intakes if you do you won't be able to fit them to the exhaust which you should do. Have them crack tested before you spend any money on them.
Not sure. The seller had these in a box mixed in with non-automotive parts. The shafts were not to be found. He said he moved several times over the years and a lot of parts seemed to have disappeared. If you can't find a replacement you could have a bush fitted like the other one. What does the shaft that this rocker was running on look like?
Great. thanks!Rocker Arms Unlimited is the go to for rebuilding these CI rockers. They will bush the rocker bores and resurface the tips. I think when they do the tips, they are also truing them to a real 1.5 ratio. Apparently there can be some variation in the factory parts, though not a huge amount it's a good idea to do for a performance application. They will also mill them to take lock nuts on the adjusters if needed. Looks like your's might be done already? The lock nuts are not from the factory so those have either been updated or they are an aftermarket version. RAU's pricing is very good IMO and I encourage you to call them. They were happy to talk to me on my W2 project that ultimately didn't come to fruition.
