340 leak at adapter plate...

Leak around the adapter plate, headers too. how to fix or where can I order a new plate...

I'm not sure about the plate. You may actually do well at the dealer for the plate and gaskets, if there not the problem.

Try a new gasket kit. There is the Mopar gasket kit and one from NAPA.
The large diameter circle shaped gasket under the plate is thin and narrow.
NAPA sells neoprene sheet, and you can cut a slightly wider gasket, use gasket cement to attach it to the plate before installing.
Use the thin seal under the head of the bolt, and the thick one on the bolt between the block and the adapter.
