Why do people leave cars outside like that?
It might be good project only if it's the right price.
Manitoba is cold and it snows six months a year, a car sitting outside will disintegrate from bottom up.

It appears that the listing in the link is out of date. I googled the VIN, then I it tracked down to an eBay listing that ended last year. The car sold for $4,550
