Hello, When a 1970 Challenger was ordered with air conditioning, did that car have the drivers side cowl vent(not the dash vent) that is opened and closed by the "vent" pull/push cable. Im talking about the one under the dash that is mounted under the cowl on the DRIVERS side. I know the passenger side has it integrated in with the air conditioning/heater box and there is a big hole cut in the cowl. Thanks in advance. Steve

I dont think so, I will take a look tomorrow to see if there is a opening at the heater box. The vent you talk about that goes to the drivers side dash has a opening under the steering colmn with a slide bar to open and close.

No. A/C cars only had a vent though the vent option on the a/c switch. The cowl will not have a hole on the drivers side.
