I'm saying may because is this cuda or challenger specifically? I'm only asking because I don't know and I'm not finding anything that says 70 only was ribbed. Is there a Chrysler part # on it? The only number I'm finding is the 2884723. That one is not ribbed. I really don't know, but for like $30 bucks, I would buy it.

That is definitely 1970 non-rallye Challenger ONLY. Mopar has used the same part number for different looking items. Case in point: 2984185 is the same number for 8k and 7k tachs.
Edit: However, in this case it's 2884718. If you have a '70 Challenger the other black bezels (switch panel, gauges, and radi0) would also be ribbed. Great price too BTW.
