70 Challenger torsion bar support fix

The previous owner chopped this up pretty good
to install a manual trans for some reason.
I have an old trans hump sheet metal piece with partial
cross member that should weld in place fairly well.
It will take some fitment to get it right.
If not it looks like I'm shopping for some parts at AMD.

Definitely replace the structural with new. Transmission crossmember, torsion bar mount if needed. AMD for sure. Trans hump should be ok.
