My '72 Cuda has a '70 tail light panel in it and now I'm going to swap in a '70 grill.

For clarification, I bought the car with the '70 tail panel already welded in.

I bought a grill from B, E & A when he was selling his stock and I picked up a nice '70 header panel at a swap meet about 4 years ago. I still need to get some textured paint and the hardware is on the way from Van's.

I have the 2 pages from the FSM that show how it mounts, but they are not great. A few pictures of how the spacers go in and anything else that you guys might have would be appreciated.

Thanks

My 70 Cuda doesn't use any spacers in the grill mounting. Not sure what you're talking about there.

Okay, now I know what you're referring too!

Those are basically just washers and they go on all the screws that go into holes that are bigger that the holes sized the same as the screws. If I remember right, they are used on all but the one or two screws located in the very center of the grill.

Thanks,
Are you able to get a picture of how the U nuts are mounted and anything else?

If you're talking about the u nuts on the grill itself I can do that. I'm heading out to Arizona for my grandson's graduation party this weekend but I'll try to do that when I get back the first of the week.
