70 cuda: trying to figure out how to track the cars history

Yep just a sticker but like Leo said "if" it is still there it should have the vin and build date on it. Big if though. May be there may not. May be painted over. That would be better than gone though as you may be able to remove the paint some how.


Also isent the vin located on like the rear package tray or some thing? Or is it just a partial?

I don't think they're on the package tray and if it was it'd just be a partial like on the cowl and rad support.

everyone i ever talked says they have never seen one on the package tray... the car has been painted over a ton lol, i can tell because a chip of paint on it was over 1/4 inch thick. i dont know how one would unearth a painted over door tag. if i had to venture a guess the fender tag was removed the first time the car was painted and the dash tag was removed when they put the cage in it because the a-pillar bar goes smack through the middle of it.
