I can't seem to find one available for this configuration. Any thoughts on where to purchase.

Maybe I'm not understanding your question correctly, but there was no such thing as a 1971 340 with an electronic ignition since Chrysler didn't release it until 1972. Point ignitions up to that time

From what I searched it was available as a special order on 71 340 and Hemi.

I stand corrected.
"First to develop a mainstream electronic ignition was Chrysler. Introduced in May 1971 on 340 manual powered cars, it became a regular option on some 1972 Chrysler products."
That being the case, it would explain the difficulty in finding one. Pretty limited number of number of them installed on the 71 models considering the 72 models probably came out a couple of months later. Good luck with your search.
