71 340 with X heads

What would be the value of this motor? It's pretty clean and run when pulled from a 71 cuda.

There is a lot of variables , but even a good 340 with a steel crank just as a rebuildable core is worth around 1k , if it is running well even better. How complete is the engine , intake, carb, exhaust manifolds ??
