I am replacing the driver side front frame rail in my 71 Cuda. I am manufacturing a jig for it and wanted to know ,if the body of the car is set dead level are the Front tips of the front frame rails also dead level or is there a formula or measurement to allow any type of weight changes example engine?

When the unibody is jigged and welded they did not know what engines, options ... would happen down the line so they would all be the same. Only difference would be whether it was a standard coupe or a convertible and the just addition reinforcements would be made at key stress points and added on top of the standard chassis.
Down load the body service manual and go to the alignment/frame section for factory dimension and procedures.
