Just curious about going up the front floor or floorboards towards the heater box and gas pedal, etc.There is enough stuff to cut around.Everything is that what the factory did , or what

This picture I found online is from a low mileage 73... It looks like the carpet is just cut straight across just above the headlight. Dimmer, switch... There.\nIs plenty of extra carpet to the front?If I want to take to time to try to cut around things that it looks like the carpet is way below the mounting for the accelerator pump factory
