There is a flat spring that goes on one side of the rear parking brake strut. Lever, it has a little piece, that is on one end of the Spring. How does to be installed?

I just redid my brakes and didn't notice that loop. If I had to guess, the loop would go to the outside. That way, no matter how unlikely, it would stop the spring from rotating.
I don't think it really matters though.

Thank you ... Does it show the position of the parking brake strut lever, one end of the strut lever is slightly bent upwards or down depending on how you position it
The larger brakes with the strut with the angled lip install with the lip facing upward. It's mostly hidden in the following image from my car, but you can see it at the edge of the axle flange.

Although the anti-rattle spring tab position is specified in the manual, it's not critical. The springs here don't have a tab, but the strut also has more engagement on the shoe.

Driver's side before I did mine. For some reason I'm thinking the sides are different. I'll have to check. Did this a good while back. This is how it was when I got it from the first owner.
