Where the replacement quarter panel meets the roof.. The factory used lead it looked like... What is everyone doing to address this.. Going back with lead or something else.. Thanks
Ok thanks for the reply...lead, and vapor from heated lead, given its toxicity, would not be my first choice. once the seem is sealed via weld and metal work, such that, no moisture can enter from behind, then good old fashioned filler bondo is the ticket to smooth it out.
Cool thanks...If you don't mind spending a little more money, Ever cost Rage Ultra is actually a little easier to sand and is more flexible than regular Bondo. Since the seem between the quarter and roof is pretty long, a more flexible filler might be better.
