73 bumperettes

:crybaby2:Can you guys tell me if the 70-72 chrome rear bumper guards will fit my 73 challenger? presently I don't have any and am tired of looking at the holes in pan. They appear by the pictures to be interchangable........thanks for any input, Walt:3gears:

No, they do not. The profile of the 73 bumper is slightly different. They will physically bolt up, but the guard won't match the contour of the bumper.

did you try pm-ing MOPARPARTS for the bumperets?TONYSPARTS.COM might have them but they might charge you a arm and a leg.Good luck hope you find them,i was thinking of filling the holes on mine.

Burdar is correct; they will not fit. What I did was fab my own metal rear "bumperettes" and coat them in 3M undercoating so that they appear to be rubber. I simply took the front ones off.

I will post pics when I get them installed. If they look as good as I hope that is...
