Got a question about after market bumpers, I’ve been slowly restoring my 73 rally challenger and at the point of replacing and converting to 72 bumpers. I ordered the 72 brackets but not sure of which aftermarket bumpers I should get pertaining to fit and quality so any input would be appreciated and thanks

AMD. I have purchased many. I had one issue on a 71 roadrunner bumper that had a blemish in the chrome. They sent me a new one no questions asked. Sent a return shipping label with it.

I got a rear bumper AMD, and a front bumper Keystone.
Amd and keystone both fit great, but the keystone finish was far superior.

I have AMD's on both of my Challengers and on the rear of one of my Chargers. All fit and look great.

I was curious about the potential differences, so bought AMD and OER bumpers for my Cuda this summer. Based on the numbers stamped on the back, it appears to me that they are produced by the same manufacturer, although the back side of the AMD bumpers had a different finish. The AMD bumpers were about $30 cheaper than OER, so I sent the OER ones back. Will try to post pics later.
