THe dash is near perfect in my 74 challenger except one hole about the size of a siver dollar right in the corner on the drivers side.

Is there any good ways to fix this?

I think I'd try to find a section from a doaner dash to cover the hole and maybe try this stuff.
Amazon.com: LeatherNu Complete Leather Color Restoration & Repair Kit: Kitchen & Dining

Read some of the reviews and suggestions. Mixed results. I used it on a tear on my '69 rear seat, but that was in the lower side and not in plain view. I just wanted to keep it from opening up. So I patched it from behind and with re-enforcement material and filled the hole with this stuff.

Or just put a cover on the dash until you can afford to do it right. There are several soft covers available and they are a good idea even if you have a perfect dash. Keeping heat and UV off of the dash are always positive things to increase the life of your plastic interior parts.
