Back up and neutral safety switch wire location

I am in the process of installing my engine and transmission in a 70 challenger. I don't remember where the harness runs down to the transmission neutral safety switch. does it follow the speedometer cable or run on top of the transmission?

Mine in my Cuda runs over the trans from up near the distributor (Small block)

It seem strange but they cross over the top of the trans on the firewall drop down the passenger side near the dipstick & crossover again where the tailhousing bolts on & plug into he NSS

My 70 is cable tied to the speedo cable Chryco Phycho system sounds better as the speedo cable runs very close to the exhaust

X2 what Chyrco said. There is also a clip on the upper right bellhousing bolt and a clip on one of the tailhousing bolts for attaching the wire harness. Check with R/T Specialties for the clips.
