Can anyone identify these brackets?

I need the professionals help please. For the life of me I can not remember where these go on the 70 Barracuda. Anyone know?

No idea of the actual size, you gave nothing to compare to like a quarter or ruler, but by the poor condition of the parts they must be under car/fender/battery.

I am going with Leo on this one, they look like battery tray support brackets. I don't think they are for an E or even a B body though.

Is it possible they are the inner fender to fender bracket? or can someone show me what those look like as I do not see them in my pile of parts and will need them soon

I've torn my 72 down to nothing and I don't recall these parts. These appear to be a left and right thing. The "U" shaped opening to me screams rubber vibration mounting. Does this car have an AC condenser. I looked but did not find this bracket in the Classic Industries parts book either.
The only other thing I thought of was a brake line mount. These parts appear to be exposed in the under carriage areas. SFEbody thought fender bracket but these do not resemble mine. Mine have a square hole and an S bend.

Those look like the brackets that bolt to the outside horizontal surface coming down from the cowl and onto the underside of the fenders.

Just for clarity, the brackets "I" pictured are the ones on the cowl to support the fenders. I'm using them on my 71 conversion . I don't know what the brackets are used for at the start of this post. I don't have anything like them.

They are rear valence brackets, early build only. My October car has them. I ended up making a set, need 4. Have extras

Yes, they are rear valence reinforcement brackets. The factory service manual shows them under "Stone Deflector" in Chapter 23 Body and Frame.
Discontinued in first few months of production.
