Challenger T/A alternator

I have part number 3438174 alternator dated 14 70 is this correct for my T/A, also if so what amp is this alternator

You have to compare your build date to it.It would have to be dated before build date. in most cases. I believe they are 37 amp with 45 amp full load capacity.
