Dash harness wire, what for?

Hello again, I just opened my new rally dash harness and I am comparing it to the original. Where the park brake switch wire comes out of the harness there are two green wires that go into a single connector. I don't think it connected to anything on my car as I did not mark it with tape when I took the harness out. I just want to make sure I don't need to have them before I install the harness. What are they for and do I need them? They are shown in the attached picture. Thanks for any help.

That is for the optional headlight delay setup feed. Without the delay headlight relay and sub harness, you can just tape that onto your harness. Not needed for anything else.
