Just realized that I already have this placed on the passenger side fender, but it is green in color. And after reading the blue one, it's specifically for a California car.

Took notice your washer pump ground wire was loose. Then I realized it probably from when you were working on it. Seen other loose wires.

This is actually an older photo taken before everything was hooked up/connected. We good now!
