I'm converting my 70 Challenger from manual drum brakes to power disc (front only). I have read a lot of differing opinions on the type of spindles to use. So my question is can I use 73-74 ebody spindles on a 70 ebody?

Thanks for your help.

Yes. You will need to use 73 up rotors and inner bearings. It is best to just buy a conversion kit. They come with the proper powerbooster/master cylinder. Spindles, rotors, bearings, seals, calipers, proportioning valve, hoses and are all new parts that match.

Stainless Steel Brake Company makes a kit that will bolt to your stock drum brake spindles. This makes the conversion cheaper and easier to take back off. It is a four piston kit and was easy to install.
