do you wax the billboards

Spray detailer and a micro cloth. Wax and treating with a sealer will change the color and could damage the vinyl.

I would use ceramic coating on the paint not the decals tho , who uses wax anymore ?

I don’t wax the stripes on mine. Depending on who’s wax I could cause a chalky look. Just soap and water works well. The billboards are so big, I’d be hesitant on waxing.

I use Meguiar's Deep Crystal Carnuba Wax on pretty much anything. Decals - no problem. Many of the newer EASY ON EASY OFF waxs will work fine. Any of the older waxes with that leave a white residue, throw those away.

I use the spray detailers like Mequire's on my R/T hood decal while doing the whole car and there's no shine but don't be afraid to use it and a microfiber towel is a must or you'll have wipe marks
