That date, 29-7-68 was hand written by inspector#22 I guess.

The GTX is a 1968, so must be one of the last 1968 built as the serial number is ''312301''

Of course it's all speculations.....

When I disassembled the interior for repairs, I found the name Al or A1 on the right side inside wheel well. Not sure if it was someone's name or a build code of some sort?

On the inner side of passenger rear wheel 1970 Challenger. I think it means undercoating.
