Does anyone know where to get a replacement fender ID tag thanks greg

Marti Auto Works. They're Ford folks, but do a super job on Mopar fender tags. Just make sure you have the layout right first. They can't help with that part, but plenty of folks here can.

No, no and NO. We're not talking VIN tags.

I know we talk about fender tags but this discussion has been on the dodgecharger.com forum number of times.If they can just make up a fender tag without any proof then everyone would have a tx9 car!!!So they gotta require for some sort of proof to make them or am i mistaken?

A fender tag is not required to register a car. You are lucky to have one still with a car, same for a build sheet. They are basically ornamental under the hood. I had a build sheet for the car that I had one made for but no tag so the build sheet was used as reference to make the tag but the tag was not an exact reproduction as there's info on the tag that's not on the sheet.
