Power Bulge Hood Blackout

How would I confirm whether my car came with the blackout power bulge on the sport hood? Options on the fender tag listed below. Have not found a broadcast sheet. Most of remaining options are interior or drive train related.

A57- Rallye
V6X- Black Traverse Stripe
M08- Simulated Fender Louvers
M21- Drip Rail Molding
M28- Wide Sill Molding
J54- Sport Hood
V1X- Black Vinyl Roof
Y3- Light Gold
A6XW- Black/ White Interior

Without the broadcast (build) sheet, I'm not sure how you could know. The code is V21, but I don't think I've ever seen that on the fender tag of an E-Body. I've included a page from the E-Body guide, but it mentions the build sheet like I thought. Maybe others with shed more light on this topic.

The Cudas show V21 on the fender tag.

Yes. Here is a ‘72 Cuda V21. I only know about 72’s.

Pretty sure the hood blackout was 70-71 only on Challengers.
