Hey everyone! Some of you may recognize me from around at shows like Carlisle or E-town, or on the Moparts forum (Erik).

Been working/restoring e-bodies since 1987. My latest is a 1970 Challenger R/T SE 383 auto car which is my current project. My first was a 1970 Challenger A66 340 4 spd. I have also had a 1972 Barracuda 318 auto, 1974 Barracuda 318 auto, 1970 Challenger convertible /6 auto, 1970 Challenger R/T 440 Magnum 4 spd, 1970 Challenger 318 auto and a 1971 Challenger 340 auto.

I have some good knowledge of them, but would never say I'm an expert. There's ALWAYS something more to learn.

Thanks for letting me join up here.

Here's a pic of my current R/T

Thanks, all. It's a project that just needs a bit of clean up/correction. For example, it's coded for a blue interior with cloth seats. A previous owner switched it to black, and put in the later seat style. A/C lines are wrong, wrong year valve covers, wrong exhaust manifolds, etc etc etc.

Good. I've actually considered putting the '70 shifter in my '71 but I likely won't.

The cruise control was added later in it's life - not original to the car. I already pulled it off as it was a bad installation job and didn't work anyway.

Hello Erik, I like it! Welcome! I am currently looking at a 70 RT Auto guy is asking 15k for it and it has a 383 in it. Trying to get him down a little, needs some metal work.
