Fixing cracked dash pads

I have a dashpad (black) that has a crack in the vinyl about 1.25" long on the top side. It would be a nice dash pad if not for the crack. Is there a tested product that can be used to seal the crack? What have others used, what works and what doesnt.

That's not real bad. Do it where it's warm, try to get under it too. this is clear so you will need to dye it after it dries. I have seen it used and holds up over time.
