I bought a 70 Barracuda about 3 months ago. I trying to repair things that may become a safety hazard. The flexible brake line on the drivers side is too long. Does anyone know where I can get a new hose with a banjo type fitting? Classic Industries has a hose for an A and B body. I'm not sure if it will fit an E body. I think the front discs are aftermarket. I don't see any factory markings. Thanks

I have slider calipers on my 70 Challenger and use an A body front brake hose from 1975 Dart. I have front mounted calipers.

66-72 B-Bodies and 73+ A-Bodies are very similar to 70 E-Bodies as far as brakes are concerned.

I have the fixed calipers. I'll take a look at the hoses for a dart. Thanks

Go to the Inline Tube website. click on: catalog, street rod catalog, then stainless braided hoses.

I used to go to my local parts store , they had a brake line catalog with measurements & pictures , I would go through the catalog looking for the specs I needed in custom builds .

Thanks. I'll see what our local parts store has.
